An must at Masti is experiencing a curated Gin tasting evening where you can dive deep into the World of Gin history, infusions and scents and learn a bit more about one of the key ingredients of the Negroni.

THE t-GRONI
Paying homage to the rich tea history in India, we have infused each part of the classic Negroni with a selected tea from Asia, Including Assam from India, Oolong from Sri-Lanka and Lapsang from China.
The T-Groni has a smokey, aromatic and herbaceous flavour.
COL. MUSTARD’S NEGRONI
Named aptly after the character ‘Colonel Mustard’ from the iconic game Cluedo. Col. Mustard is the henchman of Miss Scarlet who together work in espionage.
Savory, complex and unusual, this drink doesn’t stray far from the Classic Negroni taste, it just adds a new element of spice.
MASTI SBAGLIATO
This Negroni was originally designed around a gin sour with aperol, where the egg white was replaced with a tonic & prosecco foam.
Bay leaf, bayberry and an edible flower to represent showcase the different layers and the elegance around this aperitif cocktail.
