Armónico NEGRONI
Strawberry & Peanuts
The Armónico Negroni, is a delicious blend of Mexican gin, Aperol macerated with Mexican peanuts and Campari. There is a distinct strawberry flavour that is well balanced with the nuttiness of the peanuts. One more please!
SONORONI
A traditional twist
The inspiration for the Sonoroni was to create a twist on the traditional Negroni by changing the gin for Bacanora, an endemic distillate from the north of the country. Our bartenders want to encourage the use of Mexican distillates and create unique regional flavour profiles.
This Negroni preserves the bitter and sweet notes of the classic with a herbal touch given by the Bacanora.
WHITE NEGRONI
Clear your mind
This White Negroni is made with Tanqueray Rangpur gin which has a strong presence of the lime botanical - a citrus widely used in Mexico. The gin creates a perfect match for Lillet blanc and the vermouth brings a unique flavour profile to this alternative Negroni.
